We host events including special events, corporate events, wedding showers, wedding rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions.

For that special wedding where the bride and groom want to share their special day with all their friends and family, Boenker Hill Vineyard and Winery offers that special place where memories are created. High on a 600 foot glacier pushed hill in St. Louis County, Boenker Hill Vineyard and Winery offers the charm and intimacy for a reception or family gathering. With acres of farmland surrounding you, your guest will be astounded at Boenker Hill Vineyard and winery for your special day.

Our butterfly garden, barn, patio, and farm ambiance, offer a unique opportunity for outside wedding photos. Even if inclement weather is forecasted, a marquis tent can be erected for a large or small wedding and / or reception.

Boenker Hill Vineyard and winery offers itself as a family farm that can accommodate guests small or large and with the convenience of location minutes from anywhere in St. Louis.

Our wedding co-coordinator will be pleased to offer suggestions as to your caterer, tables, chairs, cloth rental, and marquis tent (if needed) and activities offered to ensure your wedding is the special event of a lifetime. Boenker Hill Vineyard and Winery is open all year for rental.

Rental of Boenker Hill Vineyard and Winery includes the entire 2.5 acre and facility except for the original farm home. It is highly recommended that a personal tour / preview of the grounds be taken to get a better understanding of the size of the farm, set up capability, valet parking, and facilities available.

Basic Package for up to 500 + guests includes:

Use of buildings and grounds 10:00 a.m. to midnight. Facility (wine tastings) will close for weddings/private events.

  • Ice machine available 400 pounds
  • Drinks both Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on consumption.

  • Clean-up, Set-up and Tear-down
  • Tent (recommended if inclement weather is forecast)

Rental Items:

BHV&W requires that the rental of all items, including china, crystal, tableware, and chargers, linens, toppers, sashes, chair covers, etc., be done from or through the Winery. This ensures the high quality of these items and prevents a breakdown in communications or delivery mishaps on the part of another rental agency unknown by BHV&W . The proprietors recommended have all supported events previously held at the winery. Some china, flatware, crystal, chargers and coffee mugs can be rented from BHV&W on a per person basis. Please discuss rental rates on all other items with our Event Planner/Coordinator.

Alcohol:

BHV&W is licensed by the State of Missouri to serve and sell (cash bar) alcoholic beverages (beer and wine). All alcoholic beverages served or sold on facility property must be dispensed by the Staff of BHV&W. Laws of the State of Missouri apply. Our bartenders will be at least 21 years of age and be appropriately dressed for the occasion.

Guests under the age of 21 will not be served alcoholic beverages and may be carded during the event. Care will be exercised not to
serve alcohol to anyone who has exceeded his or her limit of alcohol. The service of alcohol will be discontinued at least 59 minutes before the planned conclusion of the event.

The fee for the service (bartenders) of alcohol is not provided in the rental pricing. The fee will be determined and agreed upon separately between the client and BHV&W.  A separate contract will be signed for the alcohol (beer and wine) service.

Tent(s):

Many clear and cloudy days are the normal weather forecast in the St. Louis area. Even if a shower is forecast, it doesn’t stay and disappears as fast as it came. However, if the decision is to have a tent provided, there are several that have to be considered as the market has produced both open air and air/heated conditioned facilities. These tents seat up to 200 – 500+ and are easily erected within two hours. A separate contract will be signed for the rental of the tent.

Facility Rental Fees:

  • Monday – Thursday: Full Venue range from $2,500 and up.
  • Friday – Sunday: Please call for details

To hold a date, the Event Manager will need a signed contract and the required deposit. There is no tentative booking for a date without a deposit.
